Mike Gallop has been passionately involved in lacrosse since playing club lacrosse at SUNY New Paltz. After college, he played in post-college programs like Sound Shore Lacrosse Club and Summer league.
Mike moved to Brookfield CT in 1997
2011 -2015 Asst. Men's Lacrosse Coach at Western Connecticut State University. Mike had the incredible opportunity to expand his overall knowledge of the game and spent most of his time working with the Goalies and Mid-fielders.
In 2011 during his time with the Colonial's Mike, having 2 daughters became involved in girl's HS lacrosse and founded Still River Lacrosse Club to keep his daughters and other girls traveling during the Off-Season to compete with some of the best players in the country. Still River Lacrosse provided an avenue for many girls in the CT/NY area to improve their skill and play at the college level, including both daughters who were recruited to play at the Division 1 Level. As the program continued to flourish and grow, Doug, Still River's Co-founder, moved to Colorado with work and his family providing the perfect opportunity for Mike to join forces with Yellow Jackets North Lacrosse Club a growing premier program. The merger has been going strong since 2013 and Mike continues to be 100% committed to coaching, developing the players and the program as a whole.
Jaime Williams was named Head Coach of Pleasantville (NY) Girl's Lacrosse in October 2017. In his first season, Williams led the Panthers to a 15- 4 season, a League Championship, and to the Section Semi-Finals. His team was also the Champions of the 2018 Mt. Pleasant Cup. His players picked up 10 post season awards with 7 All-League and 3 All-Section players.
The 2013 Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference (FCIAC) Coach of the Year as Head Coach at Danbury (Conn.) High School, Williams brings more than a decade of coaching at all levels to Yellow Jackets North.
At Danbury High School, Williams developed the Hatters into a perennial postseason contender, highlighted by a 15-5 record and trip to the 2013 FCIAC Semifinals, while competing in one of the most competitive girls lacrosse conferences in the country.
Prior to Danbury High School, Williams worked as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Western Connecticut State University, and served as Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach at Brookfield (CT) High School.
During a successful 2018 season, Coach Williams won his 90th career game.
