Noelle returns to the Yellow Jackets North sidelines for the 2018 season. Noelle is a former assistant coach for Danbury High School after serving as the AC at West Conn for 3 years.
In 2009, she was the Head women’s lacrosse coach at D2, St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Shelly (DeSisto) Rinas joined the Yellow Jackets North program in 2016. After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2009, Shelly accepted her current position with the Bethel Public Schools, where she has been the head coach of the Varsity lacrosse program for the past eight seasons.
During her career, Shelly has led her team to six consecutive CIAC State Tournaments, three consecutive SWC Division II Championship games, Bethel's first SWC Division II Championship title in 2014, the CIAC Class S Quarterfinals in 2013, and the CIAC Class S State Semi-finals in 2014. Coach Rinas is also proud to have earned the SWC Sportsmanship Award in both 2011 and 2017.
Throughout her career, Coach Rinas has produced 15 collegiate athletes, including two current Division I level players. She is also committed to strengthening and developing the Bethel Youth Lacrosse organization, offering year-round clinics to recruit and develop new players to the sport. While at UConn, Shelly played four years of WCLA lacrosse. She was named team captain during both her junior and senior seasons in 2007 and 2008. In 2007, the Huskies defeated Boston College to win their first NEWLL Conference Championship. In 2008, Shelly was also recognized as a US Lacrosse Academic All-American.
Shelly is a graduate of Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where she played three years of Varsity lacrosse, earning All-State honors by her second year. Coach Rinas is currently in her eighth year of teaching English Language Arts at Bethel Middle School, where she also coaches the Bethel Middle School girls basketball team.
Joe Robusto founded and coached the New Fairfield High School girls lacrosse program for 10 years, where his team won Patriot Division titles in 2005, 2006 and 2007. His team also made it to the SWC title game in 2003, 2005 and 2009, capturing a conference championship and a state title in 2005. Joe Robusto was named News-Times All Area Coach in 2003 and 2005.
Joe Robusto also coached three years as an assistant at Western Connecticut State University.
For the past two seasons he has been the Head Coach at Immaculate High School.
Coach Robusto has been teaching health and physical education at New Fairfield High School for 18 years and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Education.
