OUR refund Policy
YELLOW JACKETS NORTH
THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY FOR ANY PROGRAMMING AND/OR TRYOUTS!
Due to registration deadlines for tournaments, payments for rental field space, deadlines for uniforms & gear to be ordered, and securing coaching staff for upcoming seasons, much of what we make payments for happens WELL before we receive payment for the programming.
We do this based on program registration. It is why we provide registration, practice, and tournament schedules so far in advance. This is done to run the program successfully and for the convenience of our members.
The ONLY exception to our Refund Policy is if a player is unable to participate due to injury. That is it. We will honor a 50% refund of the total program payment and require a doctor's note as confirmation.
